Prices
All prices include VAT and shipping costs are free throughout Italy.
Warranty
The Warranty is applied within the maximum period indicated on each product page from the date of purchase. To take advantage of the warranty on a purchased product, simply contact Customer Service and keep the document issued at the time of delivery.
The validity of the WARRANTY is subject to the following conditions of use and maintenance:
1) the mattress must rest on a rigid base of the same size;
2) the mattress must be turned regularly:
- 2 times a month for foam or latex structures, both head and foot sides and on both sides, except for memory foam;
- spring structures must be turned 4 times a year, both head to foot and on both sides, except for climate-controlled ones
3) no abnormal stresses must be detected
4) it must be in perfect hygienic condition, that is, without organic stains
5) it must not be kept in humid environments.
Any tears, broken handles, missing zippers, stains, unstitched seams, and anything else not found at the time of delivery are not covered by warranty.
It should also be specified that any internal creaking is not due to defects in the springs, but simply to two springs touching each other.
Light depressions on the surface of the mattress are due to normal settling of the padding and therefore should not be attributed to any defect of the mattress itself.

In the event of a repair, the mattress must be shipped packaged to Pratesi Group S.r.l. - Via Montalbano, 23/25/27 Loc. Ponte Stella (PT) - 51034 Serravalle Pistoia (PT). The warranty covers restoration costs, but not transportation costs.
Custom-made mattresses
Toscana Materassi is able to provide mattresses and bed bases in sizes different from those available in the cart. Products can be ordered with advance payment.
Improvements
Given the continuous evolution of raw materials, products may be improved without any written notice; therefore, any differences may refer only to improvements made for technical and developmental reasons.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of the products without being required to provide any explanation regarding the reasons and causes for which they intend to terminate the contract.
To exercise this right, the Customer must send a written communication within fourteen (14) days by registered letter with return receipt to the address “Pratesi Group S.r.l. - Via Montalbano, 23/25/27 Loc. Ponte Stella – 51034 Serravalle Pistoiese (PT). It is also possible to send the communication, within the same period, by email to info@toscanamaterassi.it or by fax to 0573/928330, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within the following forty-eight hours.
The following data must be included in the communication:
- Written and signed statement in which you declare your intention to exercise the right of withdrawal;
- Copy of the order or the list of items to be returned;
- The bank details on which to receive the transfer (ABI Code – CAB – Current Account);
- The email address or phone number that Pratesi Group S.r.l. should use to communicate the status of the return.
The goods subject to return must be kept in the original packaging or properly repackaged, and must be shipped no later than 14 working days from the date of receipt to the following address: Pratesi Group S.r.l. - Via Montalbano, 23/25/27 Loc. Ponte Stella – 51034 Serravalle Pistoiese (PT). Shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
WARNING Damaged products or products in packages that are not properly sealed will not be refunded and will be returned to the sender, who will have to bear the shipping costs.
It should be noted, as required by current regulations, that the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal only on products with standard dimensions, that is, not made to measure.
The refund of the amounts paid will take place within 30 days from receipt of the notice of withdrawal. The Customer has the right to withdraw without any penalty, subject to verification of the integrity of the product. The only costs to be borne by the customer are those relating to the return of the product. The refund will be made by bank transfer to the account details indicated in the withdrawal letter, as specified above.
In the event that an error occurs during the purchase by the Customer, it is possible to request a replacement within 15 days of receipt, except for custom-made products.
The Customer must return the products and will then receive the correct ones at a later time.
All transport costs, both for the return and for the redelivery, are borne by the Customer, who must also take care of the correct repackaging of the product.
WARNING: products that are damaged or in packages that are not properly sealed will not be refunded and the damage will not be attributed to the courier but to the Customer.
